Download (by clicking on the relevant forms) and then print out the PDF. This saves you time and us stamps & envelopes.
Then all you need to do is fill out the Reservation form and mail (or scan and email) it to us with your deposit. Please make sure we are around to receive it – see the Contacts page which should tell you whether we are in the office or overseas unloading/loading shipments or looking after clients at the Isle of Man. No point in mailing stuff to us if we’re not in our Melbourne office to receive it…and a full P.O. Box is a PITA for the postee.

In all our loading & unloading depots it is compulsory to wear a Hi-Viz vest. The depots don’t supply vests!
recent NSW & VIC law means fines of up to $2000 for individuals and $20,000 for companies not complying with the Hi-Viz vest laws.
**** Any of these documents are updated regularly – if you printed one week ago and now want to make a booking it would be best to download a new document and use that. The terms may have changed.
