On this page, you have access to various Reservation Form PDFs for our UK & Europe, Spain, NZ and IoM TT tours. These PDFs have important information about your future trip. You can still enquire through our Contact Form. However, if you’d like to go through a more manual process, you can do the following:

Download and print out the PDFs. Please then fill out the Reservation form and mail (or scan and email) it to us with your deposit. At certain periods throughout the year, we may be overseas assisting with other customers. Please call, email or enquire through our Contact Form prior to mailing or emailing the Booking Forms, in case we’re not in the country to receive it.

Important stuff

Most important; READ IT!! click it applies to all bike shipping.

In all our loading & unloading depots it is compulsory to wear a Hi-Viz vest. The depots don’t supply vests! Some depots insist on steel capped footwear.

Recent NSW & VIC law means fines of up to $2000 for individuals and $20,000 for companies not complying with the Hi-Viz vest laws.

**** Any of these documents are updated regularly – if you printed one week ago and now want to make a booking it would be best to download a new document and use that. The terms may have changed.

Saftey

At Get Routed, safety is a key priority for us for the sake of your trip, your bike, and your finances.

Fines

Dave, just confirming with you that Roger Keane & myself picked our bikes up from Botany today, Wed 14th,at 10am. We thank you for your service and attention to detail, as it made our NZ visit hassle free. I guess you had your problems arranging the new depot in Botany, but we could not speak more highly of the staff, ease of getting there, and facilities, compared with the Homebush bay depot. All the best for the future and thanks again for a job well done.

It was great to have the R1150RT shipped to & from NZ unmarked with your assistance greatly appreciated. The NZ tour was fantastic, the roads better than any world wide (this couple have seen more than most) – meals 100% – locals most helpful.
